Let’s Talk!
Welcome to my website. I believe that if you’ve made it this far and started actively searching for a therapist, you don’t want to spend hours reading a dense and complicated site. With this in mind, I hope this site answers some of your basic questions, without being overwhelming.
Some people seek out counselling when they’ve hit a wall and are desperate for help. Others seek out a professional when they could use a nudge in the right direction. Either way, I am acutely aware of my responsibility to hold that space for you. I genuinely consider it a privilege to be invited into your life and hear your story.
My counselling approach is collaborative and productive. My hope is that with each counselling session, you leave with a nugget of awareness, wisdom, or tool to reach your goals. If you’re feeling stuck, doubting some choices, worried about the future or struggling in certain relationships, then reach out for information about availability and rates.

About Me
A warm and compassionate practitioner, I am dedicated to helping clients find their centre and balance. Our work together will be rooted in creating an empathic, non-judgmental, and client-centred therapy space, where clients are free to explore their presenting issues. I work from a strength-based approach and will tailor my methodology to suit the client and their pace, temperament, and goals. I am real and honest, and might even be known to crack a joke or two in therapy (it’s not all meant to be so serious!).
I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia (2011) and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I live in Vancouver with my family and enjoy lazy Saturday mornings on the sofa, reading to my kids and eating pancakes.

Growing a family doesn’t come easily for everyone. Unfortunately, about 10%-25% of couples struggle with fertility issues, and between 10%-20% of women experience perinatal or postpartum depression and/or anxiety. This is a nuanced and delicate issue, and happens to be my passion. As a mother of two, and someone who’s experienced her own reproductive struggles, I am in a unique position to blend professional skill and real life experience. My goal is to offer you a space where you can talk about something that is normally hidden, as well as provide tools to help navigate this journey.
